We are a garlic farm situated at Glencoe on the New England Tablelands in NSW Australia. Our garlic is managed by hand without chemicals being used at any stage in the processing.
We produce fresh garlic mainly Australian purple, at the moment, but will also be producing new types including creoles and racamboles. These will have different flavours to the Australian purple. These new types of garlic will be available soon.
We will also be producing Black Garlic which is much healthier than raw garlic but has a different taste more like molasses and balsamic vinegar.
There will also be products produced from the raw garlic such as pickled garlic, garlic salt and garlic powder.
