Black Garlic dissolved in Honey

You can dissolve black garlic in honey for a really great treat. We leant this from an Australian from the Middle East who told us about it at one of our markets. He said that it was a common food.

You just take a clove (or more) of black garlic out of the bulb and then using a fork work it into a teaspoon (or however much you like) of your favourite honey.

It is delicious and highly recommended for you to try.
